Justin is the 2018 SCMA Emerging Artist of the Year, 2017 SCMA Youth Bursary winner, a two time finalist and runner-up in the 620 CKRM Proudly Saskatchewan Showcase as well as the 2016 Most Promising Entertainer. Justin has been featured on numerous radio and television shows across Canada as well as in national magazines.
Justin has played in venues from Vancouver to Newfoundland to the Northwest Territories and many points in between. While most of their time is spent performing gigs in Saskatchewan, word is getting out into the other provinces and when schedules permit they love to get out and experience all that this beautiful country can offer!
He has performed at many festivals and events, including Craven Country Jamboree/Country Thunder Saskatchewan, Rogers Hometown Hockey, Agribition, Last Mountain Rodeo, The 5 Acre Shaker, Hillbilly Boogie Festival, The Hank Snow Tribute Festival, regular appearances at the Boot Scootin' Boogie Dancehall in Edmonton and also the Diamonds In The Rough showcase at the Canadian Country Music Awards.
In the past three years, Justin has recorded two albums with 14 songs, produced 6 official music videos and released 8 singles to radio. His single, "We Ran Out" reached #84 on BDS Top Canadian Country, was the highest Canadian song (#37 overall) on The Fan Voted Chart for multiple weeks in a row, and garnered more than 275,000 streams on Spotify to date. His first Christmas single "Drunk On Christmas Cookies" was released on November 27, 2018 and had coast to coast radio play and reached #85 on the Canadian Country Radio Mediabase chart. Climbing the charts right now is Justin's current single, "Way Crazy", which he released in April 2019.
Justin has had the good fortune to share the stage with many Canadian artists, including The Washboard Union, Jess Moskaluke, Tenille Arts, The Wilkinsons, JJ Shiplett, Julian Austin, and Jamie Warren among others.
He enjoys entertaining people from all walks of life and regularly will perform at nursing homes, the children's wards at local hospitals, and the Cosmopolitan Learning Centre. Justin believes strongly in building communities and “paying it forward”. He has formed a partnership with the Jim Pattison's Children’s Hospital Foundation and a portion of the revenue he personally receives is donated to help build the Children's Hospital.
Justin has made fans throughout Saskatchewan, across this great nation, as well as in more than fifty countries around the world.
